  • ITZ sources products from global manufacturers to ensure quality, innovation, and reliability.
  • While we strive to keep product descriptions, technical details, and availability accurate, ITZ does not warrant that all information will be error-free or up to date.
  • Product availability, specifications, and pricing are subject to change without notice.
  • The responsibility for the correct application, installation, and use of purchased products rests with the client.
3. Orders and Payments
  • Orders must be confirmed in writing, either by official purchase order or written agreement.
  • Payments are to be made according to the agreed terms, using approved banking or payment channels.
  • ITZ reserves the right to suspend or cancel deliveries if payment obligations are not fulfilled.
  • Any applicable duties, taxes, or customs charges are the responsibility of the client.
4. Delivery and Shipping
  • Delivery schedules are estimates and depend on product availability, shipping conditions, and external factors.
  • ITZ will make every effort to meet agreed timelines but is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics, customs, strikes, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • Risk of loss passes to the client once products are handed over to the courier or transport provider.
5. Warranty, Returns, and Claims
  • Products supplied by ITZ may include warranties as provided by the original manufacturer.
  • Warranty claims must follow the manufacturer’s policy and are subject to their terms.
  • Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged goods reported within [X] days of delivery.
  • Custom orders, special imports, or non-standard items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these Terms or business transactions with ITZ will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
